WINDFALL’S EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM CORNER
Can’t find the perfect floor plan? Try Windfall’s Custom Corner! For a small fee of $250, you will have access to over 30 custom-designed, premium floor plans that we designed and built exclusively for Windfall customers. The plans include Cape, Ranch, T-Ranch, and 2-Story homes. These are floor plans layouts only since we can put nearly any roof and exterior design to any floor plan. The sky’s the limit!
Once you have chosen the floor plan of your dream, we will tweak it just for you. Then, if we build your home, the $250 fee will be refunded from the cost of your home. It is that easy.
To view the premium floor plans, please click the PayPal button below. This is a $250 one time fee. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email with the link and password for our Custom Corner floor plans. Anytime you have questions, we are here to help you!
